PEERForecaster Support   How to obtain an INIT Code License removal or transfer  License queries and requests   How to obtain an INIT Code (license key)   Install PEERForecaster, and load and run the Add-in (How?) The licence dialog will popup on the first attempt to estimate a model. Copy the MID (Machine ID) and the Site Code and email to PEERForecaster license requests. You should also quote your order number, or provide equivalent proof of purchase. . To use PEERForecaster in the meantime, just leave the INIT Code blank and click Continue. An INIT Code matching your MID and Site Code will be emailed back to you. Paste this into the INIT Code dialog, click the "unlock application" radio button (note: this is not automatic, and it won’t work if you don’t) and click Continue. PEERForecaster will now be licensed for use on this CPU. See the "ReadMe" distributed with the software for further information.   Removing or Transferring the Licence   To transfer the PEERForecaster license to another CPU, or remove it entirely:   Press the Scroll Lock key (on the keyboard!), and start Excel and PEERForecaster as usual. The Licence dialog will appear. Click the "Remove license" radio button, supply your original Init Code, and press "Continue". The program will display a “Remove” code. Make a note of this code. Install and run PEERForecaster on your second CPU as usual, and copy the MID and Site Code when the licence dialog displays. Send the Remove code from your old CPU, and the MID and Site Code for your new CPU to PEERForecaster license requests to receive a new INIT Code. PEERForecaster is now "locked" on the first CPU, and "unlocked" on the second CPU. Notes   If you simply wish to remove the PEERForecaster licence on your existing CPU, perform steps 1 and 2, and email just the Remove code.     "State Space " models are used in PEERForecaster!
